Buying tools from a UK supplier for delivery to the EU starts with the destination and the items in your basket. This guide explains how to check the available delivery options and get help before you order.
Check your order before paying. Delivery availability, charges and tax information depend on the destination and products. Read the information shown at checkout and ask us to clarify anything that is unclear.
How to check EU delivery
1 · Choose your tools
Add the exact products and quantities you need.
2 · Enter your address
Use the complete delivery address and postcode so checkout can show the available options.
3 · Review the total
Check delivery, tax information and any stated import-charge arrangements before placing the order.
VAT, duties and delivery charges
Our original announcement described a duty-paid delivery service for EU orders. For a new order, confirm the arrangements for your particular destination rather than relying on an older announcement. If the checkout does not make clear whether any import charges are included, contact the Rhinobuild team before paying.
Ordering profiles, levels or larger equipment
Long, heavy or oversized items may need different delivery arrangements from a parcel of hand tools. If checkout does not offer a service, send us the product names, quantities and destination postcode so we can advise on the available options.
Help with an existing delivery
If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact us with your order number and a copy of the request so we can check it against your order. Do not send payment-card details by email.
What if my EU destination is not available?
Contact us with the destination and products you need. An unavailable checkout option does not confirm that we can arrange an alternative; we will check before you order.
See our shipping policy for published delivery information.
