Promotional Terms & Conditions – “Buy More, Get More” Offer
Promoter This promotion is operated by RhinoBuild Construction Tools (“the Promoter”) via rhinobuild.co.uk.
Promotion Period The promotion runs from 00:01 on 16 May 2026 until 23:59 on 29 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not qualify.
Eligibility The promotion is open to UK based customers aged 18 or over making qualifying purchases online only via rhinobuild.co.uk.
Qualifying Spend Spend thresholds are calculated on the total order value including VAT and after any discounts have been applied.
Reward Structure Customers will receive a RhinoBuild gift card based on qualifying spend during the Promotion Period as follows:
Spend £500 including VAT – receive a £50 RhinoBuild gift card
Spend £1,500 including VAT – receive a £150 RhinoBuild gift card
Spend £2,500 including VAT – receive a £250 RhinoBuild gift card
Gift Card Issue RhinoBuild gift cards will be issued after the qualifying order has been completed and payment successfully processed. The Promoter reserves the right to delay or withhold gift cards where payment is outstanding, disputed, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Gift Card Expiry & Redemption All RhinoBuild gift cards issued as part of this promotion:
Multiple Orders Qualifying spend thresholds apply to individual online orders only. Multiple orders cannot be combined to reach a qualifying spend threshold.
Returns & Refunds If any item from a qualifying order is returned or refunded and the revised order value falls below the relevant spend threshold, the Promoter reserves the right to:
cancel the gift card;
deduct the gift card value from any refund due; or
refuse redemption of the gift card.
Exclusions The promotion excludes:
trade account purchases processed offline;
custom quotations;
bulk pricing agreements;
cancelled orders;
delivery charges;
purchases of gift cards.
Abuse of Promotion The Promoter reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse gift cards, or withdraw eligibility where abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Availability The promotion is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
General By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all promotional matters is final.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
