Shipping policy

Delivery options and the total delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Availability depends on your delivery address and the products in your basket.

UK delivery

Our UK rates cover England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. All prices and UK free-delivery thresholds below include VAT.

Standard-size products

• Standard delivery: £8 on orders below £79.
• Free standard delivery on orders of £79 or more.
• Express delivery: £12, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after despatch, where available at checkout.

Oversized products

• Standard delivery: £12 on orders below £79.
• Free standard delivery on orders of £79 or more.
• Express delivery: £12, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after despatch, where available at checkout.

Oversized products are available for UK delivery only. The UK rates also apply to the Scottish Highlands and UK islands; delivery may take longer in remote locations. The Isle of Man and Channel Islands are not part of our UK delivery zone.

Supplier deliveries and mixed baskets

Some products are sent directly by our suppliers and have separate delivery options. Eligible supplier items receive free UK standard delivery, as shown at checkout. Supplier-direct delivery is not available to European destinations.

If your basket contains products sent from different locations or a combination of standard-size and oversized products, delivery charges may be combined. Express delivery is available only when offered for your complete basket. Check the final delivery charge before placing your order.

European delivery

We deliver standard-size products to the following 26 countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, mainland Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, mainland Spain and Sweden.

• Delivery charges are based on the destination and the total weight of the eligible products in your order. Your charge is shown at checkout.
• Rates are set in whole euros. Where checkout uses another currency, the converted amount is displayed.
• For orders weighing 30kg or more, the delivery charge is capped at the 30kg rate. This is a pricing cap, not a maximum parcel weight; orders may travel in more than one parcel.
• Standard delivery is free on orders over €500, or the equivalent in the checkout currency. Orders of exactly €500 do not qualify.
• Oversized products cannot be delivered to Europe. A basket containing an oversized product will not qualify for European delivery, including free delivery.

European delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. The UK express delivery estimate does not apply to European orders.

We do not offer delivery to Cyprus, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or the Azores. Countries and territories not listed above are not available for European checkout.

Isle of Man and other destinations

Isle of Man delivery is not currently available through our online checkout. Please contact us before ordering for the Isle of Man or any destination not listed in this policy.

Despatch and delivery times

We aim to despatch in-stock UK standard orders on the next business day. For eligible in-stock express orders placed before 2pm on a business day, we aim to despatch the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next business day. Supplier-direct items may have different despatch times.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery estimates run from despatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Courier disruption, remote delivery locations and customs checks can cause delays. Please allow enough time when ordering for a planned job.

Your delivery address and help with an order

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct before paying. If you need to change an address, or your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been despatched.
