The Rhinobuild Printed Brickwork Profile is designed for bricklayers who want the speed and accuracy of a pre-printed profile in a lighter-weight format.
Manufactured from high-quality 50.8mm × 50.8mm aluminium box section with a 1.6mm wall thickness, this profile offers excellent strength while remaining easy to transport, handle and position on site. Each profile is printed with a 75mm gauge on one face, providing a clear visual reference for setting out brickwork quickly and accurately.
The remaining three faces are intentionally left blank, allowing bricklayers to add alternative gauges, site notes or project-specific markings as required.
Compatible with the full Rhinobuild range of Dori Blocks, Clamps and Profile Accessories, this profile forms part of a complete professional brickwork setting-out system.

The 1.6mm profile offers many of the benefits of the heavier-duty 3.2mm version while providing a lighter, easier-to-handle solution for everyday bricklaying projects.
The pre-printed 75mm gauge removes the need for manual marking, helping improve setup times and maintain consistent course heights throughout the build. The lighter weight also makes transportation, storage and installation easier, particularly when working on smaller projects or moving profiles frequently around site.
Important Information
- Gauge markings are printed at 75mm centres.
- Measurements are taken between printed lines.
- Gauge positions are not referenced from the ends of the profile.
- Removal of end caps may alter the relationship between the end of the profile and the printed gauge.
- Printed using durable, site-tested ink designed to withstand daily use.
- Surface scratches may affect printed markings but will not affect the performance of the profile.

Ordering was easy , delivery was quick . I’ve been bricklaying for 45 years and obviously used a lot of profiles, these are light and easy to put up gauge marks are easy to see and profiles really strong . The line holders are so easy to use , much easier than dolly blocks , will be shopping at rhino again .

Absolute love these profiles, best we've had so far. The gauge markers save so much time and hassle 💪🏻 Only downside is the marker seem to scratch off when the bricks are pressed against it, still very visible though. could do with being scribed into the profile.

These are ok but are very flimsy, gauge is spot on but it is starting to come off already, they mark very easily but that’s to be expected with all profiles. Wish i’d of got the thicker ones as there is a lot of flex to them which means checking the profile more often than i should be doing. Slightly disappointed for the price.

Good service and product. Until delivery. Paid £10 for express delivery two days later l end up going to pick it up from parcel force depot. I had bin tracking the delivery with no up dates until no one was in. Even the worker in the depot said there system is rubbish
