Marshalltown Gold Stainless Steel Finishing Trowel - DuraSoft Handle

The Marshalltown Gold Stainless Steel Finishing Trowel is a purpose-built plastering tool for professionals and serious enthusiasts who demand durable performance and long-lasting rust resistance. It combines a gold stainless steel blade with a lightweight aluminium mounting for precise, controlled finishes.

• Blade material: Gold stainless steel blade designed to resist corrosion and maintain a sharp edge for smoother finishes.
• Mounting: Aluminium alloy Xtralite mounting, offering a strong yet lightweight frame for reduced fatigue during long jobs.
• Construction: Fully heat treated, polished and machine finished to ensure an accurate handle-to-post fit.
• Rivets: Hardened steel rivets sized and fitted for added strength and durability.
• Welding: Not welded, eliminating embrittlement risks that can lead to premature blade failure.
• Origin: Manufactured in the USA using high-quality materials and craftsmanship.

With this trowel, you’ll experience more consistent plaster joints and a smoother skim coat, thanks to the balanced weight and secure mounting that keeps the blade in close contact with the surface. The rust-resistant blade, combined with a durable, light frame, reduces maintenance and helps you complete tasks efficiently across walls and ceilings. Ideal for skim coats, setting coats, and final finishes on plaster and cement-based substrates, it’s a reliable companion for jobs where precision and longevity matter. To maintain performance, clean the blade after use and store in a dry place to preserve the finish.
